Military: A Desert Storm vet, Mr. Smith served in the U.S. Army Infantry from 1987-1991. He was a Sniper Team Leader in the reserves from 1991-1998 and an Engineer Platoon Leader from 1998-2000. Mr. Smith currently serves as a JAG officer with the Maine Army National Guard and has been deployed as a military proscutor to Afghanistan.
